Zutaten für 4 Portionen:
-1/2 Salatgurke
-1 kleiner Romanasalat
-1 Karotte
-125g Cherrytomaten
-1/4 Rotkohl
-1/2 Zitrone
-Tahina Sesampaste
-Naturjoghurt
-4 Pitabrötchen
-1 Packung Falafel (oder circa 12 selbstgemachte)
-Kräuter
-Salz, Pfeffer
-Öl zum anbraten
Ingredients:
-1/2 cucumber
-1 small romaine lettuce
- 1 carrot
-125g cherry tomatos
-1/4 red cabbage
-1/2 lemon
-tahina sesame paste
-plain joghurt
-4 pita bread
-1 package of falafels (or 12 handmade ones)
-herbs
-salt, pepper
-oil for frying

1. Schritt:
-den Romanasalat, das Rotkraut, die Tomaten, die Karotte und die Gurke klein schneiden
1. Step:
-chop the romaine lettuce, the red cabbage, the tomatos,, the carrot and the cucumber into small pieces

2. Schritt:
-die Falafel in etwas Öl anbraten
-Während dessen den Backofen auf 200 Grad Ober-Unter-Hitze vorheizen und die Pitabrote halbieren
2. Step:
-fry the falafels in a pan with some oil
-meanwhile heat the oven to 200degrees and cut the pita bread in half

3. Schritt:
-die Pitabrothälften für ein paar Minuten in den Ofen legen
Für die Joghurtsoße:
-etwa 200g Joghurt mit Kräutern nach Wahl (bspw Petersilie), Salz und Pfeffer verrühren
Für die Tahinsoße:
-ein paar TL Tahina Sesampaste mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft und Wasser verrühren
3. Step:
-put the pita halfs in the oven for several minutes
For the joghurt sauce:
-mix about 200g of plain joghurt with herbs (e.g. parsley), salt and pepper
For the tahin sauce:
-mix a couple of teaspoons tahina sesame paste with water, lemon juice , salt and pepper

Letzter Schritt:
-alle Zutaten und etwas von beiden Soßen in die warmen Pitataschen füllen, wahlweise mit Salat servieren
Last Step:
-put all the ingredients and a little bit of both sauces into the pitas, serve with salad if desired
